CAM workshop: Introduction to SEM

CAM will be running the Introduction to Scanning Electron Microscopy (Physical Sciences) with Frank Brink on Wednesday, 30th June.

This workshop will provide participants with the knowledge and skills to:

  • identify the various components making up an SEM
  • understand how an SEM works
  • understand the processes of signal generation and detection in the SEM
  • understand how to optimise the performance of the SEM.

This is a full-day workshop, from 9.00 am - 4.00 pm. Registration for ANU participants is $150.00 per person.
